Sustainability

How Do We Promote Sustainability In Our Operations?

We promote sustainability through education. We post various sustainability-related posts on our social media channels.

Where Does Your Produce Come From?

Nearly all of our fruits and vegetables are sourced directly from local farmers across Saint Lucia. Supporting local agriculture reduces the amount of miles that the produce has to travel and helps build a resilient, sustainable food system.

Do You Use Plastic In Your Packaging?

We aim to reduce plastic waste by using reusable produce bags and encouraging customers to return or recycle packaging. Sustainability starts with small choices—together, they make a big difference.

How Does FSTB Encourage Sustainability Eating Habits?

We share seasonal produce tips, storage guidance, and recipe ideas to help customers make the most of what they buy. Eating with the seasons not only supports local farmers but also reduces environmental impact.
